I am so looking forward to the fact that I am SO close to being finished with my house-swapping adventure for 2020. It was an ambitious adventure, I can say now, because it took a toll on me that I wasn't expecting. I handled things like this so easily in years passed, but I tell everyone who asks how how our move went that it would have been so much easier on me if I had done it a couple of years ago. The pandemic, with Covid, was certainly the main disrupter, and my Parkinson's didn't do me any favors either.
But that's all water under the bridge, because in my mind everything went very well, and I'm very happy with the results I'm so glad I went ahead and lined you up to sell my house that first time we met. You said that night you'd work hard to sell it quickly and at a good price, and you made that happen. I want to thank you, too, for putting up with my slowness at replying or in doing things, and for your willingness to communicate with Andy in my stead as he offered to text you or email you for me. And the support and guidance you gave us in all the negotiations to close the deal were invaluable.

My wife and I are delighted to recommend Danielle Weeks. We first worked with her in 2019 when she was responsible for the sale of a townhouse we owned - we had multiple offers within 1 day.
Following that, we asked Danielle to help us (a) sell our existing home and (b) find a new downsized home. We worked with her for about a year (we are deliberate). Our purchase process was made much easier by her active engagement with our builder. She was actively engaged all the way through the process to closing.
The sale of our home was complicated due to difficult buyers and an irrational buyers agent.
